If getting a message about SMB protocol, or unable to access the path in File Explorer, check if SMBv1 enabled on the computer.

Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off > scroll down to SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support > enable the first 2 options and click OK > reboot computer.
